ProCharter, operated by Avocet Air Link Ltd, flies
throughout Zambia and the sub-region, specialising
in air charters for business executives and tourists.
We also do medical evacuations (in conjunction
with specialist aviation medical services) and small-

Base: Avocet is based at ProCharter's Corporate Flight
Centre, Kenneth Kaunda (Lusaka) International Airport. All our
prices are based on flights from Lusaka to destinations and
return to Lusaka on the same day, unless otherwise requested
and specified.
Our fleet: consists of the widest range of aircraft in Zambia,
including twin-engine Cessna 400 series of cabin class aircraft,
such as the pressurized executive Cessna 421. We also have
access to 12-seater Cessna Caravans, a 9-seater pressurized
King Air 200, and18- to 29-seater pressurised Jetstreams (small
Airliners). All these aircraft are equipped for instrument and
nightflights, with storm-avoidance systems for the rainy season.
Our pressurized aircraft options provide passengers with faster,
more comfortable, and less tiring flying - a must for busy
executives and visitors alike wanting to enjoy all aspects of their
business or leisure travel.
Our flights include light in-flight refreshments and Passenger
Liability insurance cover. We have meet and greet facilities at
KK International Airport, including staff who will assist with your
flight connections.

Kindly note that Payments for confirmed bookings are
required to be made before departures.
Departures: Passengers are requested to report for their
flights at least thirty minutes prior to departure. Passengers
departing from Lusaka can arrange to meet our airport staff
at the Main Terminal fromwhere we can guide you through
the required departure formalities.
Departure/Security Tax: Passengers are requested to
pay their own Airport Departure/Security Taxes, unless
otherwise pre-arranged.
Baggage: Please restrict passenger baggage to light soft
bags of 12 kg per person, or as advised, plus small items of
hand-baggage. Large hard suitcases and boxes are not
suitable for most charter aircraft and may have to be sent
separately at passengers' own cost.
Charters including over-night stops may be arranged
depending on aircraft availability. Overnight stops are subject
to the provision of full board accommodation and airport
transfers for our crew (usually one or two pilots), and a
surcharge may be levied for retaining the aircraft for more
than one day/night.
Contract rates based on a minimum specified utilization
of our aircraft may be negotiated.
