Booking Info

Avocet is based at Lusaka International Airport, and all our prices are based on flights from Lusaka to destinations and return to Lusaka on the same day, unless otherwise specified.

Retail prices for chartering our aircraft are available from our booking office at the address and contact numbers given, or simply e-mail us with your enquiry. 

Payments for confirmed bookings should normally be made before departure. 

Passengers should report for their flights at least thirty minutes prior to departure. Passengers departing from Lusaka can arrange to meet our airport staff at our Courtesy Offices either at the main terminal or at our private hangars situated at the premises of Government Communications Flight. 

Passengers are expected to pay their own Airport Departure Taxes. 

Please restrict passenger baggage to light soft bags of 10 kg per person, plus small items of hand-baggage. Large hard suitcases and boxes are not suitable and may have to be sent separately at passenger’s own cost. 

Charters including over-night stops may be arranged depending on aircraft availability. Overnight stops are subject to the provision of full board accommodation for our crew (usually one pilot), and a surcharge may be levied for retaining the aircraft for more than one day/night. 

Contract rates based on a minimum specified utilisation of our aircraft may be negotiated.
